살다 보면 아침이 오는 것이
두려울 때가 있습니다.

그만큼 삶이 힘겹고 자신감을
잃어버렸기 때문입니다.

때로는 무감각하게 아침을
맞을 수도 있습니다.

일상에 길들여져서
새로움과 삶의 경이로움을
잃어버렸기 때문입니다.

아무리 어제가 힘들고 절망
속에 있었어도 오늘은
주님께서 주신 새날입니다.

하나님의 성실하심은 아침마다
새롭게 임하는데 우리들이
그것을 깨닫지 못할 뿐입니다.

그러므로 날마다 새로운 삶을
살기로 결심해야 합니다.

주의 성실이 아침마다
